Our Store Policies

LuvLee Purses was founded with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Our store policies are as follows:

• New items are added to the site weekly. If you would like to purchase a handbag that was previously offered but is no longer on the website please contact us on the contact page and we will try and make that bag available to you. 

• Orders are processed within 24 hours after order is placed. All orders ship within 4-5 business days.

• An item may be returned within 5 business days after receiving if damage during shipping occurred. 

​

• All sales are final unless there was merchandise damage during shipping process.
